There´s no difference between uniforms of regular units other than insignia, but KGB enlisted units guarding the kremlin and lenin´s mausoleum wore officer cut uniforms.

Lapel cut and piping on pants, that is for everyday service uniform.
Officer´s cut parade uniforms (used by the KGB guards) were wave blue for them, and olive green is for regular units.

If you want a KGB uniform, I would not go for that one even though the price may be tempting. The collar tabs are KGB, yes - but the jacket may well be a normal soldiers jacket, the shoulder boards look dubious (as mentioned earlier) and the armpatch is probably a fake. So, you would pay 40 USD for a pair of KGB tabs and a EM jacket.
