There are three boxes with a complete MH set, and all three are blue. One is a small one for the MH star; the next one is about the same size of an order/medal box, and holds the small doc; and the third is a large flat box that holds the large doc.

Attached are images of the three boxes that make up a complete Mother Heroine group: large, medium, and small.

It was awarded to Khatanova, Nakhpirat; Document is signed by Brezhnev and Georgadze.

The award was given to Agafii Radionovna Kucher

Date of award 12th Feb 1947

The award was given by the Chairman of the presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, and the Secretary of the presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.

Chairman at the time of award was Nikolay Shvernik (19 March 1946 - 6 March 1953).

Stalin was never chairman of this organisation. He was General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union's Central Committee from 1922 until his death in 1953.
