It looks like, but is a fantasy badge, a commemorative badge of the Victory. In the center is displayed the statue of Treptower Park in Berlin. I have seen this badge several times, but can't find a better pic...

I think this is the one Christophe, there is also a medal with this motive in the center mounted on a five sided suspension with the orange and black st Georges ribbon.

I've confused this with the official issue Frontovik znachok.

Regardless, for this piece they could have used either diamond chips or costume jewelry very frequently just uses a gold-colored medal and the angling simulating diamonds gives off enough shine.

I don't think it is exactly this one. The one on my photo looks like more to the order of Victory (background color, laurels , no white ring...)
