To all:

There has been a real dearth of Full Cavalier sets for sale on the open market. The last Full Cavalier set on the open market (late September 2007) had an asking price of $21,000.00.

Given that a single Glory 1st sold for $11,000.00 at a NYC dealer's recent internet-based auction, it is not unreasonable to expect the price for Full Cavalier sets to soon cross the $30,000.00 threshold (if not higher).

Regards,

slava1stclass

Loved nearly to death

Here is one of my latest pieces that has been polished nearly to death. What is prevailing thought on such things? A vet who did something great and was proud to wear it or just a vet proud to wear it?

Jeff

I have several or more:rolleyes: in such condition. To me it gives 'character' to the medal and a story waiting to be told. It also tells something about the soldier, the passion, respect, proudness he or she had for the award that was given.

Each has it's individual characteristic, each has it's story to tell and that's why I only collect Glories:D

Brendan:thumbsup
