I know--I bought one!
They have a hammer and sickle where there should be an anchor, but other than that look okay enough to put on a uniform. In my case, it will keep my dagger belt from looking ridiculous until I can free up enough of my collecting budget to get a real dagger. It's funny--I was thinking when I woke up this morning that I wished someone would produce repro Soviet Navy daggers. Then I found these by accident! |

Looks like something one would find at the Sovietski Collection and the like.
They don't look too bad, except for the over-prominent hammer and sickle and CCCP ... if they were just plain daggers without the stampings, I'd be more inclined to get one. Is the handle plastic? Hollow? Does it have the scabbard lock & button? Last edited by ibaya; 03-12-2007 at 06:24 PM. Reason: Additional question |

It is pretty cool, and Im also thinking of buying one.
Mark, are you going to use it on your m69 sub commander uniform? |

That was the plan! (Again, only until I can get a real dagger for it.)

There was actually such a thing. However, I am not sure if they used this beret if they used any beret at all.

I even had a uniform from the avia border guards, I think there was helicopters and stuff. I don't know if they wore berets with wings though.

There is a visor cap for BG AF. Randy Stewart has one in his collection.
