I can buy this group, but
1. Price is too high
2. I am not 100% sure. I am searching for more information, but cannot find.
If this book is not fake, :confused: - it's for Chernobyl.

There were a whole array of Ukazs for liquidation on 24th December 1986 and I can't find any for anything else.

With this sort of information it would be easy to fill in a pile of blank documents and match them up to serial numbered (or not) awards unfortunately.

That S/N would fill a nice hold in my collection :-)

This is why I have some doubts about this group
May be I am wrong. If the price is right, I would buy it and take a chance.
But $250.00 is TOO MUCH

Do the other booklets have ukaz dates pointing to a particular ministry?

For that sort of money I'd at least want the additional Medals and delivery.
