BoH 5126 - KP
RB RSFSR 13656 - cyrillic IK (raised)
RB RSFSR 13649 - cyrillic IK (raised)
KHM 3rd 3779 - looks like a script "a"
OGPW 2nd 47670 - 8
OGPW 2nd 48010 - 7

Shouldn't this be MONDVOR type, SN is way too low for Mонетный Двор:

In fact, this OBH SN 2947, posted by Alfred, is of the T2V1 type, that has no mint mark.

Here it is. It definitely looks like a kind of "engravers's point", made with a tool... but not designed to look like a letter or a figure. It is a perfect circle.

I am not insisting that I am right, but letter "O" is a perfect circle :)

I don't insist any more... On the "O" we agree !!!! ;)
What I mean is that this "O" does not look like being made in the same manner as the other letters we have seen.
But, you know what I mean as you have obviously seen many of them.
