I think the focus won't help. It looks bad for the reasons above. That's a first for me!

Jeff,

This is one of the many variations for this medal :) PMD only describes three variations and yours is not one of them.

This a Victory over Germany medal I have got.
I have noticed this discolouration which might be suspicous...for sure I have seen better Victory medals in other occasions. It came with a document which looks orginal to me, at least because it seems old.

I would like to submit both to your judgement. Thank you.
