Display on a smaller scale
If you display all of your collection together it could cause stress in your house not to mention the need for more space in your house. But if you display small parts at a time, it is not so overpowering.
Badges were made to be worn so I have been known to wear a jetton of the February Revolution on the appropriate date (both old calendar and new). Similarly, I have been known to wear the 20th anniversary of the 1905 revolution (Avers #2, badge 319) in December. As well as appropriate bolshevik memorabilia on both October 25 and November 7. The attached might be "going out on a limb" as it were. Honored Engineer badges (small early variety) as cuff links. |

My custom display case...
Since there are no display cases for sale here, you have to make one by yourself or order a carpenter to build one for you.
This display case was made by one of the prisoners of the jail in my city(this is true); they always work as carpenters, cobblers or craftsmen and produce outstanding pieces by very little money. So, this man made all the woodwork and me and my grandfather added the glass, some varnish... and Voila. A nice oak display case in 3 days and spending only 7 USD. There are four medals waiting to get inside this case... The rest of them are displayed in my uniforms.

Little collection in a shadow box
Assortment of Guards badges: Soviet, Russia I, Russia II, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, & Korea. I like using shadow boxes with themes. There's some others out there (like Cuba!) that I hope to squeeze in there at some point.
