Ivan Fedorovich Beljakin 20 years awarded 9th May 196# and 50 Years 22nd February 1968 by head of Zhitomir High Defence College Of Radio-Electronics Colonel Poluektov.

As long as that straight line is pointing upwards!

Re: Translation Help

We do a LOT more than Russian here now.

Personally I've translated or transcribed; Korean, Arabic, Pashto, Abkhaz, Albanian, Azeri, Russian, Belarussian, Ukrainian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, Bulgarian, Serbian, Georgian (cavalry script), Armenian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Ge'ez, Spanish, French, German, Khmer (toughest!), Vietnamese, Romanian, Turkmen, Croatian, Mongolian, Polish and Moldovan (Latin and Cyrillic) for the forum but I am always open to learning more.

Awards and documents are completely moot if we don't know what they are trying to inform us.
