Re: Translation Help

Please check my work and tell me if I translated these two documents correctly. . . Did I miss anything?

Alexander Mikhailovich Nesmerov, 30th Anniversary of Victory dated September 10th, 1975 issued by the Regional Military Commissariat of Tallinn, Estonia and a 40th Anniversary of Victory dated April 30th, 1985 issued by the Regional Military Commissariat of Tallinn, Estonia.

Thank you for all your help, encouragement, and support!

Re: Translation Help

I think the last name would be Nesterov.

It appears that a lower case 'm' meant "T" and "M" was written using a deeply curved m shape, looking more like a /U\

Its hard to explain, but i think im right...

If you really want to quibble over the "proper" rendering, I'm pretty sure the Library of Congress suggests the following:

Aleksandr Mikhaǐlovich Nesterov.
