Alexander Mikhailovich Nesmerov, 30th Anniversary of Victory dated September 10th, 1975 issued by the Regional Military Commissariat of Tallinn, Estonia and a 40th Anniversary of Victory dated April 30th, 1985 issued by the Regional Military Commissariat of Tallinn, Estonia. I think the last name would be Nesterov.
It appears that a lower case 'm' meant "T" and "M" was written using a deeply curved m shape, looking more like a /U\ Its hard to explain, but i think im right... Last edited by Tommy; 12-09-2012 at 11:12 AM. |
