Here is the translation of OPWII writeup:
On the 25th and 28th of November 1942 during the air defense of artillery firing positions at the time of fascist vulture raids on the village Bobrovka, Sychevskiy district, Kalininskaya oblast, two Junkers 88s were shot down by the battery, where comrade Malitskiy serves in position of political officer. Comrade Malitskiy during combat has shown an example of courage and bravery to the battery personnel. The battery where comrade Malitskiy works, is on the leading place in the squadron. Comrade Malitskiy deserves to be awarded the Order of the Red Star.
