wierd cap device

hi folks,

do you guy's know what this cap is suposed to be?
it looks like a normal tank parade cap, only it hase some kinda german cord.
and the cap has a strange cocarde, like the back ground aint white?

any help?

Ser-g,

Cord is a post-soviet replacement. About the cocarde, I had not seen one like that yet; someone got a creative urge, maybe?

ya that was my fist idee too, a really creative plan.

maybe i should just buy it to see what it looks like for real.

any other plan's ?

well ,, i've alwas some money to burn on cap's .

this one will go for only 20,- euro not that much.
