Smersh group - fake?
This is offered right now from Ukraine - a goup of 3 docsto the same officer for a relatively low price. What seems strange to me (no expert at these) is that they all have the same photograph - and similar dates - a way to cover a fake?

Re: Smersh group - fake?
Unfortunately there are many signs pointing to a solid fake. Same photographs - with the same strange "forced" discolouration. The same handwriting on all 3 items and the fact that an officer with such a name and group of awards can't be found on "the site" - yes I looked and whilst looking found a non-Red Banner Captain Zaharov that could raise eyebrows.

Re: Smersh group - fake?
I just noticed that there are exactly the same stamps used on all the documents and the stamp "SMERSH" on the last document looks out of place, so I am not interested in it anymore.
Where did You find the additional documents? Such things are available on podvig? |
