Patriotic War I,1714733,1985 Jubilee Award

Here is the Document for OPWI 1714733 awarded to Petr Nikolaevich Prohorov. This name was fairly common but only one was a recipient of this award so I've been able to attribute it.

Re: Patriotic War I,1714733,1985 Jubilee Award

Unbelievably and completely randomly reunited, different sellers, different countries, same recipient.

Very common name but only one recipient of the OPW1'85 and the Prikaz here is the exact same person.
