And why did you smudge the name, but more importantly the serial number of the certificate :confused:
As far as I can tell, the document looks OK.

I understand if it's a somewhat more recent awarding like 80's or 90's...

Apparently no one wants to give an opinion. Maybe the scans I posted are not sufficient to assess the document is genuine?
