Help about a Banner....
A friend of mine proposed me this, I like it but I don't know what is it. He only says that it was presented to him by russian friends when he told them that he was looking for WWII memorabilia. It's very faded and dimensions are 55" x 31" (140cm x 80cm). I want to buy it but I don't know the value, I am not looking for a bargain, I want to pay it with the correct value.

In that condition I'd say not worth a whole lot, but I'm not a flag guy.
My guess, without trying to translate it, is that it's a labor flag. Which is much less sexy than a military flag. But, it does have Lenin on it, and if it's for something specific back in, say the 20s or 30s, it could be much more collectible. We have some knowledgabe flag guys here. Once they see this you'll get a better answer.
