Medal "For Merits".
Here is the Medal "For Merits" ("Алшамҭақәа Рзы") of the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs. Awarded "to citizens of the Republic of Abkhazia and foreign nationals in recognition of their merits and achievements in foreign policy and diplomatic activities: to promote peace and international cooperation; in the field of the effective protection of the interests of the Republic of Abkhazia, the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Abkhazia in other countries; in implementation of the state's foreign policy of the Republic of Abkhazia; in enhancing the international recognition of the Republic of Abkhazia; in terms of strengthening the positive image of the foreign policy of the Republic of Abkhazia."
I believe it was created in early 2013 and was awarded 26 times by the end of 2013.
