As a "dinosaur" where are your statements about this particular award?

Also at least one of the names you mention as a phalerist I find extremely laudable. Numismatist yes, phalerist certainly not.

As these awards primarily come from what is now the Russian Federation is it not only correct that they lead the way? Otherwise it is like asking an Englishman what it is to be Welsh.

Hopefully we all have the same goal of advancement of information - that is also presented more freely and universally accessible. Once again the same laudable name mentioned previously prefers information to be wiped - Shagu nazad indeed!

1992 was pretty much genesis so we're only a generation down the line. I was collecting items relevant to this forum before then - somewhat hap-haphazardly but viewing this site and forum certainly aided me. Then after a few years I signed up and some years after that actually started contributing. I'm just a single enthusiast, imagine how many are out there with stockpiles of information, silent and avoiding the many egos that would rather dismiss their efforts than embrace them.

Each second of every minute of every hour of every day is an opportunity to learn and advance.

I'd also like to point out that this forum also covers considerably more than the awards of the Soviet Union 1924-1991 - plenty of stuff you won't find anywhere else on the internet, in any language.

I asked some clues about the loop in order to push forward the debate - I believe crisps details are not a fault and the first photos deserve the medals.

Both 1453 and 1454 require more detail, but from these photos I don't like either one.
