Deputy Of The Supreme Soviet Of The Karakalpak ASSR Badge.

Here is a badge of a deputy of karakalpakia assr. I bought the badge from the person himself, he wouldn't sell his booklet as in Nukus, (the capital of karakalpakia autonomous republic as it is now known) he is still entitled to some services as a former deputy.
I am curious as the badge is not numbered (and I can't remember if the booklet was).

This one has the award number 79 and mint mark.
It is also the pin-back version.
