I kind of guessed that myself. Would you happen to know the circumstances of issuance of such badge?

I't nicely made from silver to be just normal anniversary badge...

This is for 30 years and is the same design. It is made in Estonia and has the year in the Estonian Language AAsta.

This one is made of brass with silver plate

I believe they were given to important people as souvenirs. I don't think there any documents associated with these badges.

I am not sure what they're for, but they look great!

The first badge dates 1934 and commemorates 10th anniversary of Lenin's death; the second one is most likely from 1947 to commemorate 30th anniversary of the October Revolution; I am not sure about the last one.
