DDR grouping presented to a state employee

Hello all - Going through my East German collection, I want to show my only non DDR stasi career document grouping. This career grouping belonged to a senior civilian who worked in the DDR state government. These documents and medals that belonged to the DDR civilian is also the only non MfS grouping in my collection. I have been asked not to give out the name of this person.

This is a neat Konvolut!!
I can't see any major award, except maybe a Patriotic Order of Merit (Vaterländischer Verdienstorden) in Gold...
