In the case of Mongolia, Russian Federation Documents were also exported - this does not mean this Medal was awarded by the Russian Federation. It was just an easier way for Mongolia to award this Medal in the small numbers needed. The way to tell an example awarded by Mongolia (Not the Russian Federation embassy in Mongolia) is the additional serial number. This is 0136, awarded on 6th December 1996 to Rendoo Ëndonshaarav (Рэндоо Ёндоншаарав).
