Slava Borisov
Who is this guy Slava Borisov? He claims to be a former Soviet general, but from the uniform... well...
Borisov in his uniform He has only two higher awards (Order BoH and Service to Motherland III) and the rest are lower medals and badges! Plus, he has a cap that is too small and a russian "Voruschennie Sil" patch on the left arm. On a Soviet-era double breasted tunic! His mission seems to be to turn "the Red Army" (their own words) into mormons or something... Anyone that knows anything more about him? He reminds me more of Jay Leno than a russ. Their website |

This appears to be <a href="http://www.genwar.narod.ru/index.htm">General Borisov's Website</a>.
Maybe it will have some more info there! -Sean

He looks legit. My first trips to Russia were as a missionary and I don't see anything unusual about his website or bio. I liked the following picture though!

hummm...looks like a bloke who found a good way to improve his pension retirement...A general maior appointed as the commander in chief first deputy for all the expeditionnary corp in afghanistan...
a guy claimed as the architect of a thing called "armageddon" without any more details, and with a ridiculous codename ("general war")... And he shows the more medals he could to make his uniform impressive (looks like some minor DDR awards like "aktivist" soviet generals generally never showed...) I bet these are pure fantasy for a naive publicity. my opinion !
