I think the mongolian badges are underrated and quite scarce. Here is one of mine, i think it might be mvd, but it is unlisted in herfurth. Any ideas?

Sorry to have kept you waiting, but I only now have found a clue as to what your badge might be. Apparantly, it is a best worker's badge of the Central Executive Department of Court Decisions of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs. Whatever that may be :D
