Colonel Ivan Stojanov Penovski
Here is Colonel Ivan Stojanov Penovski's group of 5 Medals. It seems strange that a Colonel would only receive these 5 Medals but not impossible although this group may have already been "cherry picked".

No doubt a clerical error put the date 1982 on the Jubilee Medal ''40th Anniversary Of Socialist Bulgaria''.
