Perfect "X Years of Workers and Peasants Militia"?
According to the seller, this badge for the 10th anniversary of the RSFSR "Workers and Peasants Militia." He claims many things about many items he sells and very little has been true so far. Moreover, by the time anyone responds to this it will already be sold (current price was over $500).
To add insult, the seller sent me a message saying that the badge was "checked on a forum and 7 people said it was 100% original." Frankly, that last statement is more insulting (and informative) than any of his really weak attempts at insults in English. If I am not the only one who sees a problem with this badge, I will try to find out from which "forum" he allegedly got his advise. Here are the photos (first three):
