Colonel Frants Gratsianovich Berezovskiy/Franciszek Berezowski photographed in 1954 as an employee of the Kiev Red Banner Communications School named after Kalinin, served in both Soviet and Polish Armies - traces of that can be seen in his awards.

According to pn, Berezovskiy was born in 1905, ethnic Pole he begun his career in the army in 1927 and begun the war as a company commander, but by 1943 he was already an HQ officer of the 18th Army, 1st Ukrainian Front.
Sometime in 1944 or 1945 he was sent to the Polish Army and served in the HQ of the 8th Infantry division, 2nd Polish Army where he earned his OPWI (for fights for crossing Niesse) and all the Polish awards.
He was still alive in 1985, as he received his OPWI'85 at that time.

Here are a couple of photographs of Senior Sergeant Viktor Fedorovich Pluzhnik. His individual photo was dated March 20th 1948 while he was a member of a Railroad Construction Unit. He was awarded a Red Star, Combat Service Medal, Defense of Moscow, Liberation of Prague, Victory over Germany, Victory over Japan, and an Excellent Railroad Troop Badge. His friend was awarded an Order of Glory, 3rd Class, Liberation of Prague, Victory over Germany, and a Victory over Japan.

A photograph of an unknown Guards Senior Lieutenant awarded an Order of the Patriotic War, Red Star, Bravery Medal and a whole series of campaign medals, Defense of Stalingrad, Capture of Koenigsberg, Capture of Berlin, and a Victory over Germany.
