Here is the later MVD Booklet named to Senior Lieutenant Of Militsia Vladimir Vladimirovich Liluj (Born Kiev, 9th December 1949). 3rd Class awarded on 14th October 1983 and 2nd Class on 2nd October 1987 by the Deputy Minister Of Internal Affairs Of The Ukrainian SSR, Major-General Of Militsia A. N. Chistekov. The Soviet Union did not exist at the time the 1st Class would have been awarded.

Here is an Armed Forces Booklet for a 17th January 1962 awarded 3rd Class, issued on 23rd February 1962 to Captain Petr Ivanovich Sinel'nikov by Commander of Military Unit #54849 (404th Interceptor Aviation Regiment).

Here is an Armed Forces Booklet for a 20th January 1967 awarded 3rd Class, issued on 22rd February 1967 to Senior Sergeant Ivan Ivanovich Mazur by Commander of Military Unit #03304 (25th Guards Moto-Rifle Division) and 27th December 1971 awarded 2nd Class, issued on 25th February 1972 by Commander of Military Unit #01719 (The Separate Rocket Section of the 25th Guards Moto-Rifle Division).

Here is an Armed Forces Booklet for a 5th January 1990 awarded 3rd Class, issued on 22rd February 1990 to Captain Vladimir Alekseevich Kuz'menko by Commander of Military Unit #12471, Lieutenant-Colonel Sergej Mihajlovich Davydov.

Military Unit #12471 was the 47th Separate Engineering-Testing Unit based at Bajkonur, working on the Buran Programme, more specifically the testing of "11F35 K1" (Space Shuttle Buran 1.01) with "11K25" (The Energija Reusable Launch Vehicle) on the 15th November 1988, "11F36 №1L".

Captain Kuz'menko served in the position of Deputy Commander of Military Crew #2.

The launch was successful and the unmanned Buran 1.01 orbited earth twice. The programme was mothballed on 30th June 1993 and Buran 1.01 was destroyed by the effects of a storm on 12th May 2002.
