I discovered this reference. Really great pcitures of the soviet power at its acme.

Anyone of you gentlemen would have any hint to find this reference? (i.e. on the russian internet?)

You could try throwing ПРАЗДНИК ВЕЛИКОЙ ПОБЕДЫ into Google and see what it returns. Ya never know...
