Democratic Youth League Foundation 9th Anniversary National Skating Prize 1953.

Here is the Prize (상) of the Democratic Youth League Foundation 9th Anniversary National Skating Championships 1955.1.23 (조선민주청년동맹 창립9주년기념전국빙상경기대회 1955.1.23).

This may be a general prize or in fact the Bronze Prize. This is very similar in size, design and quality to state Medals of the time.
