I think the citation is missing due to the fact that she was a partisan - there is a vast chasm when it comes to partisan awards on "the site". Also there were no Ministries in 1945 (Let alone in the Moldavian SSR) so the date is probably a worn 1948.

There also has to be an error on her '85 entry. She couldn't be a communist at age 8. Probably a 1909 birth rather than 1919.

Besides that - I know, that this transliteration is better than the imperfect transcription used commonly, but could e pleasemakean exception here? My eyes hurt when I see "Muha" and everything screams "ortographical mistake!" inside of my head.
