Here is the Jubilee Medal 'In Memory Of The 25th Anniversary Of The End Of Combat Activity In Afghanistan" (Юбилейной Медаль "В Память 25-Летия Окончания Боевых Действий В Афганистане") which was created by Presidential Decree #60 of 4th February 2014. Directly based on the Russian Ministry Of Defence Medal that was created by Ministerial Order #900 of 17th December 2013.

Awarded to all Belarusian veterans, dead or alive, for participation in the military action in Afghanistan.
