During his work on the Zhitonskaya railroad column Comrade Shalygin he has proven himself an energetic, Party leader. He has organized socialist competitions among the Comsomol brigades in a fine manner and by his initiative the brigades with their own means prepared material for heating train engines and 80% (?) were already prepared.
