Gentlemen,
What do you think about this ORBL? The reverse shape is that of a Type 4, the S/N also matches the range of a Type 4, according to PMD. But this one measures 49,6mm in height, including the loop on top. And on page 155 of Mc Daniel's book he states that "The only major difference between the Type 4 and the Type 3, V.2 ... are the physical dimensions of the piece. Type 4 only measures 46mm in height..." He also states on page 154 that "All Type 3 ... measure 47-48mm in height..." I guess this is without the loop on top, right? Anyway, dear expert comrades, what are your opinions? Thanks a lot, Dolf |

Check this one out gentlemen... Talk about not needing the ukaz...
It states "For Development of Peoples Property" or "За восстановление народного хозяйства". Not a common practice to mark one's awards, but observed before... Eric

Eric,
Don't you think it could have been done by the Administration / Organization having awarded it, more than by the awardee himself ? Ch. |

RBL T3v1
Hi,
yesterday this early RBL came to my collection. Really nice looking and early piece, so i share pic's with you also. This one i found here in Estonia & didn't pay much for it. But one thing i wan't to ask from you also, how much can be estimated price for RBL T3V2 ( also jumbo ) with order book, awarded 1949? I don't see them nowhere, so it's very hard to get indication of price. Thankjuuu Lauri |

Lauri,
I'd say you should be expecting to pay close to $100 for such set. I recently bought early flatback BOH with a doc for $85. Comparable RBL would be in the same range. William |

really good prices u have in the US. Here we don't have at all early RBL and BH- s and if to talk abt same things with documents, this is almost 'mission impossible'. Early BH with doc i have in my collection. But not documented Jumbo. I know that one early RBL nr 9**** with doc was sold lately with price abt 260 usd here.... Same situation with all documents, even documents for jubilee medals u can not find anymore in the open flea markets. Everything is cone. Grazy, but that's the situation.
