Collar tab

What do you think about this collar tab? Found in Ciney / Belgium on the military trade fair.

Looks like it came off a pre-43 air force overcoat but the propeller/wing belongs in the upper hole and some other rank pip in the middle one

Yes, I thought so too.

The rang insignia is not magnetic.

But the hole collar tab is to small to be from an overcoat and all pictures I found the rang insignia was below the propeller/wing and not above.
In this case is a hole above the propeller/wing.
