Medal "90 Years Of Militia Of Russia".

Although this 2007 dated Medal looks like the usual officially sanctioned Ministry Of Internal Award, it is not.
The source of this Medal is not yet known but there is also a reverse stating "Department Of Internal Affairs of Chelyabinsk Oblast" so it may be regionally approved but certainly not nationally.
