While cleaning the old bookshelf, I have found this one:
Ordery i Odznaczenia Polskiej Rzeczypospolitej Ludowej, oprac. Henryk Holder, Warsaw 1963 (Ministery of National Defence edition), 80pages, some b&w photos, colour drawings (34 pages) and b&w drowings, Circulation 5000pcs

Not really a catalogue, but still interesting - this book was probably published as a reference to the awardees - it contains the short history, information on the awards (what they are given for) and, more importantly, all the legal acts concerning the awards from 1943 to 1960. Only lists the state awards that were instituted before 1960, but still contains a lot of information hard to find elsewhere.
Photographs are awarding ceremony and photocopies of documents. There are pictures of the awards, miniatures, "rosettes", ribbon bars, award placement on uniforms and civilian clothing...

My copy must have been bought from some library, but noone was able to tell me who bought it or when. I don't even remember ever seeing it before, but anyway I have to consider myself lucky, as the circulation was tiny for the pre-89 standards.
