A rather unusual case here - Soviet made document, but in Arabic (I guess).
The stamp is not very clear, but I believe that it says "Lybia" (the header lacks geographical data).
Can anyone help with translation of this one?

OK, this badge is apparently Polish-made and commemorates some event from 1955 in Warsaw.
But what does the upper text say?
Judging from the letters, it seems to be Georgian.

The first word is easy - it is ქართული but unfortunately the quality is just too poor to make the rest out easily. The second word looks like აელტერის but that means nothing.
