Re: Translation Help
Cursive Cyrillic continues to bedevil me. I have a hard enough time already with printed or typewritten text, but I digress. I am soliciting the collective wisdom of my colleagues to help me decipher the name, rank, I think Guards Senior Sergeant and Sergeant, signature, and any other relevant information on these recent Liberation of Warsaw acquisitions. Thank you!

Re: Translation Help
Not a particularly glamorous set, a 20th, 30th, & 40th Anniversary of Victory set of documents, and they were laminated at some point. I can make out "Alexander Andrevich Ka(b?)anov"? Any additional help with the issuing organizations would be appreciated as well. Thank you!

Re: Translation Help
Thank you, Auke, perhaps what they say about an old dog learning new tricks isn't true after all. It just takes longer. . .
