Naval Flags And Pennants.

A friend of mine who just retired from the Coast Guard gave these items to me. He was a part of some joint US/Soviet operation in 1987, where he picked up these flags, as well as several uniforms.

The large flag(seven ft x five ft) looks like another for the Supreme Commander of Soviet Naval Forces. What I am confused about is the extra blue stripe down the middle.

The pennants are for: Red- Regular Navy Blue- Axillary Craft. All I am missing is a green one, right?

There are no markings on the lanyard seam on the large flag.
