Soviet army belt

Could this belt be a WWII example? I read that this type of buckle was introduced for military schools during the war. Later it was adopted for use by regular units.
The belt is made of real leather and on the backside it has two stamps, see picture.

This belt looks a bit like dembel modification to me - I mean it is not as wide as it should, and is made of leather (ok, some were made of leather even in 80's). Those dembel ones usualy fit the trousers and have incomplete fastening device (ussualy there's just a hole in the leather.

I think its post war as well--I've got a half-dozen of these same belts, but always wondered how old they were. 1960s?

I think the belt looks narrow because it is leather and has been stretched out, thus making it narrower.
