I have written to all of them, none of them have sheet protectors that large, the largest I found was 11 x 17, which is too small for most Gramotas.

Would you believe if I tell you that the 3 ring binder system doesn't exist here (Lisbon, Portugal)? Trust me, I made all possible office stores around, and only 2 or 4 ring binder system exist, so those 3 hole plastic sheets I ordered from the UK simply have no use here!...

Well we have to make it with what we get so I had to start it all over again for the 4 ring binder system...

hello Dolf, here in France have the same situation...we call the 3hole system "anglo-saxon system". I can have a lot of binders of this kind in aviation companies because of the american international standardisation...
From my side I use for the moment sheets designed for postal cards. Good size, stiff enough to protect the document...

As my 3 hole sheets come from the UK, that's what by intuition I started to call it on my mind

I use a stamp collecting album to store some docuemts. Specially for the thin / one page documents. (picture 1)

in Germany I got a big folder/sheet protector 42 cm x 32 cm to store big award documents an gramotas. (picture 2)

Hello gentlemen,

I need your help to display my small collection. I'm kind of desperate how bad I keep my medals in small plastic envelops. I pill them in box and I don't like the way they are. I would like to make a very nice display this summer as soon as I will have time after my university winter session.

What I need is to see my medals and not put them in a small box. As a student I have a very modest collection, but I'm sure it will improve with the years.

What I need is your suggestions on what are the "do" and "don't" while making a display. Is that better to buy an already made display or is it better to do it myself (I have to say I'm not very good at building things like that, but if I have to do it for my medals, I think they deserve it).

So if you have any ideas or pictures to share from your collection displays it would be much appreciated from a new collector that as a lot to learn.

By the way, I enclose pictures I have made a few months ago from my collection to show you how I'm disappointed with my display.

P.S.: I have little more now.
