To a Komsomol-Partisan?

Has anyone seen this kind of document? The pen used seems too contemporary, unless it was issued much later after the war. Sloppy penmanship, too ...

Ibaya,

I have seen several of these documents. They do exist and were issued in a small wallet-like document holder.
Now, that being said, I don't really like yours; the overall appearance give the impression of some kind of chemical processing/aging, and none of the ones I saw had this kind of sloppy handwriting.
