Badge "20 Years Of The Department Of Internal Affairs Bendery".
Two badge/medals celebrating 20 years of the UVD (Upravlenie Vnutrennih Del)- Administration of Internal Affairs- in Bender. The Bender coat-of-arms is depicted on the suspension. I would assume that gold would be for either officers and/or VIP's and that silver would be for other ranks, but this is only an assumption. On the reverse, it reads, "The Laws of Humanity are Justice" (I hope I'm translating that correctly).

Here is the Jubilee Medal "20 Years Of Bendery Department Of Internal Affairs". Awarded to members of the Bendery Department Of Internal Affairs in 2011. Extremely limited production.

The gold example. A reliable source informs me that these golden Badges were for Generals but how many MVD Generals can there be in Bendery?
