The full name of the it is "Orden rada sa srebenim vencem" or Labour Order with Silver medallion. The 2nd class has the medallion gold plated. The 1st class is of a very different design and has a red enamelled banner. (It is very nice looking.) In reality only this 1st class is called the Labour Order of the Red Banner. The others are just Labour Order 2nd and 3rd.

The one shown is Type 1, it is a screwback and has a serial number. The Type 2 is pinback with no serial number (usually). They changed from Type 1 to Type 2 in 1971 or so.

It is not very rare. It is made of silver-plated brass. It is worth about $10 here in the Balkans and maybe twice that abroad.
