Seller ships only whithin Russia...

Bad pictures indeed! I wouldn't buy them based on these, my money is a terrible thing to waste :)

Look just like a fine photoshop work. And I can get photoshop stuff for free, so... That price makes no sense.

The Russians know very well the current prices; such a low asking price simply makes no sense today given what is supposed to be there, and you should think accordingly.

It is a little more complicated than that (as usual in Russia...)
Officially, it is prohibited to buy or sell State orders and medals. So, in practice, sellers display a more or less few obvious fakes, and have their original ones (or at least purported to be so) in their bag. When a potential buyer is identified, it is simply a matter of finding a "quiet" spot away from prying eyes.

Interesting that the State awards, which were issued by a now non-existant state, are regulated by the current, different State.
