For an original wartime production that is not correct but for a later production or replacement ribbon that is fine. I don't think the word "fake" can be used for ribbon. "Original" and "Replacement" works. A fake Medal may come with non-glowing ribbon..... and vice-versa. __________________ "Signed with his own rubber stamp"
