Valiant Soldier Assault Decoration.
This is one of a series of so called NLF Hero Decorations awarded to NLF units and troops.
This particular one is a single class decoration awarded to NLF Units and soldiers who participated in assaults on enemy positions. The inscription reads: DUNG-SI XUNG KICH (Valiant Soldier Assault) This type of award is suspended on a bi-colour metal suspension with a star in the center.
